This is a list of the services that we provide to ducting.
There are four different types of insulation that can be applied to ducting: Duct Wrap, H&V Slab, Phenolic Board and Celotex Board.
Duct Wrap is generally used for circular ducting, this is because Duct Wrap comes in the form a roll, making it ideal for wrapping around circular ducting, it also ensure that there is no heat transfer from the ducting to the surrounding air.
H&V Slab is primarily used on square ducting, this is because it is rather rigid, this also stops heat transference but it also acts as an acoustic insulation which would mean minimal noise.
Phenolic Board is a foil faced foam type insulation that is primarily used on square ducting, this is due to the rigid board form it comes in.
Celotex Board is very similar to the Phenolic Board, the only difference is that the Celotex Board is a more high end, denser product ensuring that there is very little if not no heat transference.

Weather Protection
There are three different types of weather protection available to ducting: PIB, VentureClad and Aluminium Cladding.
PIB is a rubber type material that once sealed correctly it is weather proof material.
VentureClad is used more on square ducting, this is because the material itself is rather rigid and strong, it again creates a weather proof seal but rather than rubber it is made out of a thin aluminium with a strong self adhesive layer on one side.
Aluminium Cladding is the classic method for outdoor protection of ducting, this is because its strength. it is very similar to the VentureClad due to the fact it works best on square ducting, this because it is sheet metal work, making it rather difficult to manipulate around circular ducting.

Finishes
The finishes that are available to ducting are: Foil Faced, PIB, VentureClad and Aluminium Cladding.
Foil Faced is where the insulation is left without any other product encasing it.
PIP is a black rubber type material.
VentureClad is available in Black, Silver and Grey.
Aluminium Cladding is Silver sheet metal.
