This work was carried out in November 2010 at Syston Leisure Centre.
We were required to insulate all new and existing pipework and ducting within the Leisure Centre Boiler Room, and also to supply and fit Insulation Mats to the exposed valves on the Leisure Centre roof.
The Pipework was insulated using Phenolic Section and given a Isogenopak finish.
The Ducting was insulated with Phenolic Board and completed with a Grey VentureClad finish.
All pipework and ducting was correctly identified.

Thermal & Acoustic Insulation Work, Sheet Metal Work, Removable Insulation Covers & Electric Trace Heating.
Chilwell T.A. Centre
This work was carried out in January 2011 at Chilwell T.A. Centre.
We were required to insulate all exposed pipework within the building, including to all sinks, taps and toilets.
The pipework was insulated using Phenolic Section and given an Isogenopak finish.
MY Place Youth Centre, Mansfield
This work was carried out in March 2011 at MY Place Youth Centre, Mansfield.
We were required to insulate all pipework within the building, including all above ceilings, in boxings and within the Boiler House.
The pipework throughout the building was insulated with Phenolic Section and left with a foil faced finish.
The pipework within the Boiler House was insulated with Phenolic Section and completed with a Isogenopak finish.
All pipework was correctly identified.
Calke Abbey
This work was carried out in August 2011 at Calke Abbey.
We were required to insulate all pipework within Boiler House and all valve to have Insulated Mats and any new pipework rising above ground.
The pipework within the Boiler House was insulated with Phenolic Section and finished with Isogenopak.
The pipework rising above ground was insulated with Phenolic Section and completed with PIB to protect the insulation from weathering.
All pipework was correctly identified.
Carlton Fold Care Home
This work was carried out in August 2011 at Carlton Fold Care Home.
We were required to insulate all the pipework and headers within the Plant Room.
The pipework and headers within the Plant Room were insulated using Phenolic Section and left with a Foil Faced finish.
All pipework was correctly identified.
MY Place Youth Centre, Rotherham
This work was carried out in September 2011 at MY Place Youth Centre, Rotherham.
We were required to insulate all the pipework and ducting throughout the building and all pipework within the Boiler House.
The pipework in the building was insulated with H&V section and left with a Foil Faced finish.
The ducting within the building was insulated using Duct Wrap and left with a Foil Faced finish.
The pipework in the Boiler House was insulated with H&V section and finished with Isogenopak.
All pipework was correctly indentified.
